DELIVERY
How many days ?
Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Each piece is carefully processed and shipped from our trusted U.S. suppliers. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
If I ordered multiple items, will they arrive in the same package?
Not always. Because we work with multiple trusted suppliers as our fulfillment partner, some items may ship separately depending on their availability and warehouse location. If your order includes multiple pieces, you may receive more than one package and tracking number.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. However, if your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please double-check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.
If your package appears to be lost in transit or tracking hasn’t updated in several days, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist. In some cases, we may file a claim or offer a replacement depending on the situation and shipping protection options.
SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
We aim to process and ship your order within 2–5 business days. Once your items are shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Some items may ship separately depending on their availability and warehouse location.
Where do you ship from?
All of our products are shipped from U.S.-based warehouses through our fulfillment partner. This helps ensure quicker delivery times and reliable shipping across the United States.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
At Kaitelle Boutique, we accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all tags attached. Final sale or non-returnable items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us to start a return.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, email us at shop.kaitelle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide the correct return address. Please note return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or our error.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and approve the returned item. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to process. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
