Thank you for shopping with Kaitelle Boutique. We’re proud to offer fashion-forward pieces fulfilled through our trusted partner, Trendsi. Below you'll find all the details on how your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
Please note: Some items may arrive in multiple packages depending on availability and sourcing.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Once your order is processed, it will be submitted to our fulfillment partner, Trendsi, who will carefully package and ship your items directly to you.
2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times depend on the item, your location, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Trendsi ships directly from U.S.-based warehouses and select international partners.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Shipping Method Estimated Time Standard U.S. Shipping 5–10 business days, Expedited U.S. Shipping 3–6 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect movement.
If you haven't received tracking within 4 business days, email us at (shop.kaitelle@gmail.com) and we’ll assist you right away.
4. Where We Ship
Currently, Kaitelle Boutique ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Delivery Delays
While most packages arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or increased order volume. If your package is delayed beyond 14 business days, please contact us so we can look into it with our supplier.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Kaitelle Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier first. We're happy to help file a claim if needed.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
If you realize you’ve made a mistake, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.
