At Kaitelle Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Because we partner with Trendsi as our supplier, our return and exchange process follows their fulfillment guidelines.
Returns are accepted on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have all tags attached. Items marked final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
To request a return, email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide the next steps and the appropriate return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the one you want.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and approved. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, we cannot guarantee a refund if the order has already shipped. Please double-check your information before placing your order.
